  • Signs that you’re not suited for social situations:
  1. Overwhelming due to a lot of social circles around 
  2. Feeling anxious 
  3. Anxiety 
  4. Energy drained
  5. Fatigue 
  6. Speaking under pressure
  • Prevention:
  1. Take a nature walk.
  2. Cut out toxic people. 
  3. Don’t take unnecessary advice from others.
  4. Recognize your priorities and needs.
  5. Pay attention to your thoughts and be emotionally conscious of them.
  6. Feel your thoughts, whether negative or positive. 
  7. Don’t jump to conclusions; just be with it and try to find out another way.
  8. The other way means finding a new hobby, new job, or activity.
  9. Keep in mind that if you don’t follow them, nobody will hurt you.
  10. Work on your self-esteem.
